Popular Ghanaian music producer, Hammer, known in private life as Edward Nana Poku Osei, has added his voice to MOG and Shatta Wale’s issue.
A few days ago, MOG Beatz revealed in a series of tweets that Shatta Wale did not pay him after he produced ten (10) songs on his ‘Reign’ album.
His claimed compelled Shatta Wale to come out with screenshots of payment he sent to the mother of MOG Beatz.
The renowned musician explained that he bought the beat GHS 100 each.
On the back of this, Hammer in a video sighted by Zionfelix.net said he is looking beyond their differences.
He indicated that MOG and Shatta Wale have raised a big issue that needs to be addressed.
Hammer believes they can shape the industry by coming out with this debate.
He admitted that he is guilty of this because he and others didn’t respect their royalties and franchise some years ago.
According to him, their generation was selling CD rights and cassettes without looking far.
Hammer further recalled how Jayso was tagged ‘the too known’ producer because artistes were asked to sign split sheets when they go to his studio.
